Table d’Art is much more than a play on words, it’s actually an ongoing project that will transform our humble tables into a functional art installation. We pair burgers with a beer, pizza with a pint, so why not, tables with the local talent who give life to our walls.

Lucky for us, Delphine Sullivan, student at the Ottawa School of Art, heard about the project and was quick to submit a sketch. Liking idea, and her enthusiasm, we went for it. Sullivan completed the first table in the installation Tuesday, July 24th. The result is magnificent, she sets the bar.

Effective Immediately: We are accepting submissions for consideration. We can't pay much but we will supply the paint (acrylic) and can offer $100 per small table and $150 for a large.

Project Guidelines for Table d'Art:

Table Sizes: 48" x 27" (large) -- 24" x 27" (small).
Note: Tables will be fully prepped prior and then sent out to be professionally finished.

Palette: Front of House: Earth tones preferred -- Back: Bold and Bright (TBD).
Note: Small tables are in the front of house only.

When: Ongoing - Tuesdays on site at the Atomic Rooster.
Time: Between 2-10 pm.
Note: Painting must be completed in one session.

Submission Guidelines:

- 8 x 11 sketch, table size preference, palette preference and contact info.
